The deadline for registration is Friday, December 4, 2026. If you’re not able to register by this date, you will not be guaranteed a hotel room within the SU2C Scientific Summit 2027 block. Please email us with any changes to your registration details

Yes, SU2C requires all attendees to sign the “Event Attendee Assumption of Risk, Release, and Waiver of Liability.” Failure to agree with the waiver will result in denial of in-person participation at the event.

After you register, you will receive a registration receipt that includes the download link for the event waiver and instructions on signing and emailing back. You can also print the event waiver, sign and submit it during check-in.

No. Not unless you are a reviewer or a member of a Team being reviewed. SAC members have been provided a list of the reviews where their attendance is permitted.

Upon arrival at the hotel, please make your way to the front desk to check-in. Your room reservation will be under your name. You will be asked to provide a credit card to have on file for incidentals, regardless of staying additional nights, please let us know if this will be an issue.

Recommended attire for all events associated with the SU2C Scientific Summit 2027 is business dress/casual. We encourage all attendees to bring a sweater or jacket, as the conference space can be chilly.

Please note your arrival date and departure date during the SU2C Scientific Summit 2027 registration process. The AACR will book your hotel room based on the information you provide in the registration form. Arrival and departure dates will be confirmed in December 2026. Reservation confirmations will be distributed the second week in January 2027. Please email us at summitt@su2c.org and/or su2c@aacr.org if you need additional assistance.

If extending your stay with a personal visit, please make note of that in your arrival and departure details during registration. These nights will be flagged as a personal expense.

You’ll most likely find the largest selection of affordable options by flying into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

The estimated travel time from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to the hotel is 1 hour – 1 hour 15 mins. Total mileage: 30 miles.

Please note that travel times vary greatly based on time of day, mode of travel (UBER, Lyft, Bus or car service). We recommend planning for the longest travel time.

Yes, the hotel will require a credit card upon checking in and place a temporary hold on the guest’s credit card for incidentals, which will be refunded upon checkout.

A limited number of parking passes are available. Please inquire at the onsite registration desk if you need a parking pass.

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.. Should you arrive prior to check-in, all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate you.

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.. No late check-outs.
